I used to live in Dallas, and a good portion of property taxes go to
Parkland just because of the illegal alien medical expenses. The numbers
are probably correct, althouth the $70.7 (which sounds low, by the way) is
probably *overall* operating expense - and along the way, they delivered
15,938 babies. The two numbers are not comparable.
